Isme was very kind to us throughout our dinner and provided great service. She took all of our orders quickly and efficiently and made sure to check in throughout our dinner to see bring us more drinks and make sure everything was going okay. Highly recommend!!
Colorful, tropical and fun vibes welcomed us immediately! The drinks were absolutely refreshing, balanced and crafted so well by our bartender, Mariano. Our drinks paired best with their deliciously LAYERED nachos, yes, every bite had a chunk of toppings! Super friendly service from all staff. Will be back soon :)
Great Place, call to see if they have live music that day for those who prefer or don't. Definitely recommend beef empanadas and the chicharon platter(chicken). We really enjoyed the aji panca steak and half roasted chicken and the drinks were great too. They had a fast and amazing staff!
Celebrated my 32nd birthday at Panela this past Sunday and it was excellent. Ana and Jessy were extremely friendly, accommodating, patient (we had a group of 18) and attentive. The food and atmosphere was great. Went with the bottomless mimosa option and they made sure the drinks kept flowing. Highly recommend this place whether it be a date night, going out for drinks with friends, or celebrating a special occasion with a large group of people. Thank you Panela and most importantly again Ana and Jessy for a wonderful experience
Our experience here was amazing! Jessie was our server and she was super attentive and just overall great. The food was super good and the drinks were so good as well, they had so many different options. Will def be coming here again!
We held our wedding reception dinner here on 7/11/24 and we were blown away. From the very beginning Ana the manager was super helpful in helping us get our needs met with the menu and decorations for the venue. Ana went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service to us and we couldn't be more appreciative. All of our guests absolutely loved the food and drink selection and especially our decorations. Ana and her team kindly decorated the entire space for us with what we provided them and honestly we couldn't have asked for more. If you are considering an affordable and private venue as well as great tasting food for your next big gathering I highly recommend Panella!
Highly recommend! We have been wanting to try Panela but it’s a little bit of a hike for us, but I entered to win their giveaway contest for the 3 course meal with Patron tasting and was one of the lucky winners! So my fiancé and I were like yes we have to go! Our experience was great! The atmosphere, the service, food & drinks was all amazing! We throughly enjoyed the two drinks we each had, and the tequila tasting. The food was also delicious! We are so happy we had the opportunity to try Panela and we cannot wait to go back with friends & family!
I've been here countless numbers of time and never been disappointed. Everything from the atmosphere, food, drinks and services are on point. The bathrooms are always cleaned and the managers and staff has been a great job. I wish I can remember the managers name but every time I go there she recognize me and is very attentive. She always visits the the table with a smile and comes over with great energy. Definitely recommend this location. The only negative thing I would say is, the parking is horrible. But if you're from the area, you'll already know that.
